Lets get the Life Energy balanced - instead of popping pills, drugs or alcohol for  a quick "fix" lets deal with re-balancing our energy flow.  Simple and inexpensive!

For mind - try Yoga, Tai Chi, Reiki or Meditiation.  We are not just a physical body, we are like Russian Dolls with our body as the smallest inner doll.  The outer levels being Spiritual, Emotional, Mental and Ethereal (the Aura).  Everything that effects our outer levels permeates to the inner levels and can cause pleasure or pain - depending on our thought!  Avoid conflict and stay calm.  If you work or live in an aggressive atmosphere, you can be physically present and "mentally detached".  In your minds eye you can create a "sanctuary" which is safe and go there mentally when necessary.  I do this every time I visit the Dentist...

 

For spirit - stay positive in thought, word and deed.   Learn not to play the "blame game".  Remember no-one has any power or influence over you that you have not allowed.  If someone is upset by your word (remembering you are positive in thought, word and deed) that is their issue and in the same context if you find yourself in a spot it is your call to remain calm or become angry/upset.
